Sometimes You Feel Like A Nut

Hello Blog Mates,

This change back and forth with the climate has my body reacting trying to fight off the cold/flu virus. With that being said you know how when you don't feel well, the smallest things can rub you the wrong way. Well, such is the case with our US Senate, being led by Mitch McConnell. It is a shame that without any real reason to with hold a meeting or confirmation, he continues to show that for whatever reason he is not a chocolate lover.

Now, I was always taught that when you attend a party you are to put on your best manners, if you don't like the menu or the music you either decline to attend the party or you go and show some respect and manners to the host/hostess. it is not your position to go to the party and stomp your feet because your don't like how the party was planned.

I am speaking about the way that the Senate leader is not giving consideration the the Constitution nor the choice of the American people with his decision to maintain his position and refusing to hold a hearing to appoint Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court. Now, I could be wrong but I personally think that should the next president be a democrat Ol Mitch, will decline his invitation to attend the party because his whole intention has always been to embarrass our current President. Usually to the point where the tables seem to turn and he is the one that gets that side-eyed look from everybody.

Not only has the debates and election process been entertaining it seems that certain elected politicians do not mind being the half time show bringing me to this point.
